We had to go to Vancouver, so I took along my postcard kit and did a few sketches from the ferry. It's tricky because the scene is constantly changing, so I focussed mainly on the skies. There's also the slight shudder of the ship to contend with, so the horizons are less than perfect. Oh, well, it was still a fun way to spend the crossing.
On the return trip, the sea was flat calm, and the sky was a uniform grey. Nothing exciting enough to record.
